We would be happy to complete a site visit to learn more about your project and provide an estimate. This is our estimate message we share with all clients so you can get to know us a little better.

During renovation and repair, there is always a chance we will discover additional items requiring attention. These items fall under scope of discovery. Our bids attempt to account for these factors and HCGC remains committed to passing on any savings to our customers; our estimate is never automatically our minimum. If we encounter something that will not be covered by our initial bid, we will submit a change order for approval of the added cost and time.

It is our priority as a small business and general contractor to prepare owners for a job's potential cost while saving our customers money wherever possible. Our goal from the beginning has been to provide excellent craftsmanship, quality products, honest bids, open communication, and a process you can trust.
